Sportsfans,
Been a while since my last post, sorry about that.
I have so many ideas for different posts running around in my head, but i'm mindfull of long posts on multiple subjects being a bit boring.
A quick wrap-up of the last month has been recovering from the marathon, and building back into training, spending a bit more time on the bike and starting to swim again!
Surprisingly my swimming form is not too shabby at all, which is a pleasant surprise.
The weather here has been pretty cold in the mornings, which makes it hard to get out the door to train, but on the whole it has at least been clear conditions so it's "just cold", and not shitty raiin as well.
I was up in Cairns last week and took my bike up with me, taking in a few great rides in the mornings. The weather up there was superb.
I'll report back on a few of the rides in posts to come......
today I enjoyed a ride out to Mt Mee with the squad and some 1k repeats afterwards. I was trialing a slightly modified nutrition plan pre ride and on the ride itself, it worked great and I felt really strong all morning....
Only 1 month to go before I head overseas on holidays !! = ) Looking forward to that and then of course coming back home and getting down to serious business for something later on in the year, but more on that later.....
